Yeah! I can't believe it, either! Seems like just yesterday, I was bringing that scared little skinny thing home, and he was running around all crazy like, not knowing A-N-Y-T-H-I-N-G! And, I was thinking "What have I gotten myself into?" But, I am so glad I "got myself into it!" I wouldn't change a minute of it! He's been a pure joy! I love him with all my heart and then some, and I tell him that every single day! Thanks for all the 's, Sandy! I sure do appreciate them!
I'll have to tell him you called him "Little Dude!" I always say "Hey Little Dude!" when I first get home and see him. ( He thinks he's a "BIG Dude!") I'll also be sure to tell him that you said he was handsome...that may soften the blow, some, that you called him "little!"
Thanks, Allie! You probably can't tell it from this shot, but, he's sitting on his "Grandma's" lap in this picture. I'm starting to think he likes her, more than me, anymore! He's certainly a "Grandma's Boy," and she sure takes to him, just as much! He's on her heals, every step of the way when we're at her house! Everyday at 3:00pm, he barks his head off to go to her house for a visit. And, guess who gets his way? We got that schedule set up, when she was so sick, and I was having to check on her every few hours. He's just never forgotten the 3pm visit for some reason. Thank you for the and the Anniversary Wishes!
That is so sweet the way Eddie wants to visit Grandma at 3 every afternoon. Since he is small sitting on her lap is fun for both of them. When I was visiting my daughter and her family for Mothers Day their dog Jack thought he would sit on grandmas lap but since he weights almost 100lbs. it was somewhat difficult. He did try though, several times
